GridVolt · Project Power Equipment
Send us your single-line diagram, drawings or bill of materials. We turn them into a complete, checked equipment package — transformers, switchgear, compact substations and energy storage — manufactured to your specification and shipped to your port.
Project buyers rarely need a single item — they need a substation that works together. These are the five lines we configure, check and supply as one package.
Oil-immersed and dry-type units, typically 25–2,500 kVA at 11 / 22 / 33 kV class, Dyn11, ONAN — pole, pad and ground mounted.
Distribution transformers →Grid and industrial power transformers up to the 230 kV class, with on-load tap changers, supplied to IEC 60076 with full test documentation.
Power transformers →MV metal-clad switchgear, ring main units and LV distribution boards with ATS — the protection and control heart of the substation.
Switchgear & RMU →European, American pad-mounted and kiosk-type compact substations — switchgear, transformer and LV board in one factory-built enclosure.
Compact substations →Containerised battery energy storage for grid support, solar hybrid and backup duty — capacity sized per project, PCS / BMS / EMS integrated.
Energy storage →Send the SLD or even a draft equipment schedule. We build the complete BOM, flag technical gaps and questions, then quote the full package.
See how we work →The same disciplined process on every project, so ratings, interfaces and documents are right before anything is built. The process in full — all seven steps — is set out on the How We Work page.
Single-line diagram, GA drawings, technical specification or equipment schedule — whatever stage your project is at, WhatsApp or email is enough to start.
We complete the BOM, then check every item against your specification and flag differences and open questions in a technical gap table — before pricing, not after.
Equipment is manufactured to the confirmed specification. Routine test reports are issued for every unit, and factory acceptance tests can be witnessed or video-verified.
Sea-worthy export packing, loading supervision and a complete document set — packing list, test reports, manuals and certificates — handed over with the shipment.
Your voltage stays your voltage. If a project calls for a 30 kV class unit, that is what gets quoted and built — parameters are never quietly swapped for a near equivalent.
Transformer, switchgear, protection and LV side are checked against each other, so the equipment that arrives on site actually connects and works together.
Datasheets, GA drawings, routine and type test reports and manuals in English — the paperwork your engineers, customs and end client will ask for.
Send the SLD, a drawing or just the equipment list. You get a completed BOM, a gap review and a full-package quotation — no obligation.
