MV switchgear, transformer and LV distribution assembled and tested in one enclosure at the factory — so site work shrinks to a foundation, cable connections and commissioning.
The kiosk unit in our interactive 3D substation is exactly this product: walk around it, click it, and read how the MV side, transformer and LV board fit into a single footprint. That is the format used for urban and estate projects.
Separate MV, transformer and LV compartments in a steel or concrete enclosure, with doors for each section. The most flexible format — switchgear type, transformer rating and LV layout are all selectable per project.
Transformer tank and switching gear in one sealed, tamper-resistant cabinet on a concrete pad — the standard format for North-American-style networks and underground cable systems.
A compact walk-in or non-walk-in kiosk for streets, estates, campuses and industrial parks: small footprint, lockable, ventilated, and finished to blend into public spaces.
| Transformer rating | Typically 100 – 2,500 kVA |
|---|---|
| MV voltage class | 11 / 22 / 33 kV class typical; others per project |
| MV switchgear | Load-break switch, switch-fuse or RMU; circuit breaker on request |
| LV side | Main breaker plus outgoing feeders, metering and capacitor compensation as specified |
| Enclosure | Galvanised / painted steel or GRC concrete; IP rating and colour per project |
| Standards | Assemblies to IEC 62271-202 (prefabricated substations); transformer to IEC 60076 |
| Testing | Complete unit routine-tested before dispatch, with test reports for transformer and switchgear |
Typical ranges for orientation only; the delivered configuration follows your project specification and local utility requirements.
Buying the three sections separately means three suppliers, three deliveries and interface problems on site. A compact substation is internally wired and tested as a unit — if anything does not match, it is found at the factory, not at your foundation.
