Switchgear, Ring Main Units & LV Panels

The switching, protection and distribution layer of your substation — MV line-ups, ring main units for distribution networks, and the LV boards and ATS panels that feed the final loads.

Medium Voltage

MV Switchgear

Air-insulated metal-clad and metal-enclosed switchgear with vacuum circuit breakers, protection relays, CTs / VTs and metering — line-ups built panel by panel from your SLD, for incomer, feeder, bus-coupler and transformer protection duties.

Distribution Networks

Ring Main Units

Compact RMUs for ring and radial distribution networks: SF6-insulated or solid-insulated, in common 2-way, 3-way and 4-way functional combinations, extensible types available. Cable boxes and fault indicators per project requirement.

Low Voltage

LV Boards & ATS

Main and sub distribution boards, automatic transfer switch (ATS) panels, capacitor compensation banks and control panels — form and rating per project specification, wired and tested before dispatch.

Typical configuration ranges

MV rated voltage12 / 17.5 / 24 / 36 / 40.5 kV classes (typical)
MV rated current630 A / 1,250 A busbar ratings typical; feeder ratings per SLD
Breaking devicesVacuum circuit breakers, load-break switches and switch-fuse combinations
RMU insulationSF6 gas-insulated or solid-insulated, sealed for life designs
ProtectionNumerical or electronic protection relays, settings per project protection study
LV boards400 / 415 V, form 1 to form 4 construction, ATS and capacitor banks on request
StandardsMV assemblies to IEC 62271 series; LV assemblies to IEC 61439
TestingRoutine tests per panel, wiring and functional checks, test reports with the delivery documents

Typical ranges for orientation only. Panel schedules are always built from the project SLD — send the drawing and we return a panel-by-panel proposal.

Send the SLD, get a panel schedule

Switchgear is quoted from drawings, not from guesses. Send your single-line diagram and we come back with the panel schedule, breaker and relay selection, and any conflicts with the transformer and LV side flagged in the gap review.
